Our costs are broken down by age group:

Ages 18 – 44 : $60 per month
Ages 45 – 64 : $80 per month
Ages 65+ : $100 per month

Additionally we charge a $100 $50 introductory offer nonrefundable registration fee.
Couples can sign up for a discounted rate of $5 off per month.

Transparent Lab Pricing

We partner with outpatient imaging facilities and specialty clinics to offer low cash rates on studies like pulmonary function testing, spirometry, x-rays, etc.

ADHD testing through our affiliate: $159
Pharmacy plan offering access to over 1,000 medications: $10 per month

In office testing:

FIT testing: $25
Holter Monitor: $50 per day
ECG: $25
Tuberculosis Skin Test: $20

In office injections/medications:

Dexamethasone: $20

Prochlorperazine: $50
“Migraine Cocktail”: $70
